| College Board Fellowships To Advanced Placement Program Teachers |

Requirements:
Deadline: Feb 15, 2012
The College Board has established a limited number of grants for prospective Advanced Placement Program*
teachers in secondary schools where (1) the student population has 50 percent or more minority students,
or (2) the school is located in an area where 50 percent or more of the students come from families whose
average family income level is equivalent to, or below, the national annual average for a low-income family
of four - approximately $36,000 (consideration is given to the economic index for each state).
These fellowships partially defray the costs associated with attending the workshops. Recipients can receive
up to $1000 attend a College Board-endorsed AP* Summer Institute. To apply for a stipend from the College
Board Fellows Program, you must plan to teach an AP* Program course in the 2011-2012 academic year at a
secondary school that serves an economically disadvantaged and/or minority student population. For more

| Registration |
Last day of regular registration June 15th, 2012 for the price of $975
Late registration starts June 16th, 2012 add $35 late fee, for the price of $1010
June 18th is the last day for cancellation to receive 100% reimbursement minus $75 service charges.
PLEASE READ CANCELLATION POLICY CAREFULLY.
If you are registering a third party please be sure to put the participant’s personal information and not the school/work
information. We need to be able to contact all participates by their home address, email and phone.

| Tuition |
| The cost of each course is
$975. The tuition includes payment for 30 hours of endorsed college board instruction along with certificate, course materials, lab fees,
textbook(s), College Board Booklet, t-shirt and catered lunch. Tuition is expected to be paid in full prior to the first day of class. It is the responsibility of the participant and or the registering official of the school district/county to contact the Lewes AP office if there is a problem concerning payment.

Each participate will receive a College Board endorsed professional development certificate for 30 hours at the conclusion of the institute.

| Cancellation Policy |
Cancellation will be accepted until June 18th minus the $75 service charge. After June 18th the applicant will be held responsible for full tuition and fees.
Cancellations Require:
- A written notification identifying the person, registration number and school.
- No cancellations will be accepted by pnone call or e-mail
- No refunds for No Shows.
Online registration will automatically enroll you in a class. Before registration is complete you must agree to the cancellation policy.

| Discounts |
| Lewes AP offers group discounts for schools sending 5 or more participants. A $25 deduction per participant will be reimbursed to the district/county with 5 or more teachers attending. Discount checks will be sent after institute is complete.

| Daily Schedule |
The classes at the institute run four full days, from Tuesday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
There will be a welcome and brief orientation conducted by Dr. Frampton for approximately 10
minutes on the first day.
Participants will receive a catered lunch each day.
Breakfast is no longer served, but the majority of the accommodations
will serve a continental breakfast. The area has many places for breakfast, minutes from class.
